2007 Rental Rates

• Off Season rate - $800 per week.
• Easter and mid year school holidays - $1,600 per week.
• Christmas Holidays - $2,100 per week.
• Overnight (Min 2 night stay) $400 then $180 per extra night.
• Linen hire is optionally available (see notes below).

Linen hire includes bed sheets, pillow cases, bath towels, hand towel, face washer, bath mat and tea towels. All beds are made up prior to entry.

 

 

 

Booking and Usage Policies
  Please note that the cottage is a totally smoke free environment.
  Sorry, we do not permit pets at Dolphin Beach Cottage.
  Book via Denise Davis on 02 6649 7000 or click here to email.
  Bookings initially held for 2 weeks with no paid deposit.
  Bookings must be confirmed by 50% payment or one week's deposit.
  Balance of rental is due and must be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival
  Sorry, but we do NOT offer any credit card facilities.
  Check-in time from 2.00 pm
  Check-out by 9.00 am.



CancellationPolicy
Cancellations will result in a fee of:-
 - Off Season rates - $100.
 - Holiday Season Rates - $200.
 - Peak Season - All or part of booked price depending.
Your booking is a contract which Dolphin Cottage Beach House will honour.
Tariffs and deposits are NOT refundable if your stay is shortened.
Carefully Note: No refunds on peak season bookings given unless entire booking is re-booked.
